In the US state of Michigan, thousands of residents flocked to City Hall on Wednesday to protest the lockdown due to the coronavirus.
Honking cars blocked roads for miles.
They are tired of “staying in” and want to get back to work, even though the state has more than 1,900 deaths.
“The” sad irony “of the protest is that we are now forced to extend the lockdown,” said Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
