The number of coronavirus infections in Italy has passed the 100,000 marks.
The counter was on 101,739 confirmed corona cases on Monday, versus 97,689 on Sunday, health authorities said.
The death toll in Italy increased from 812 to 11,591 on Monday. That is more than Sunday when 756 people died of the virus.
Italy is still the hardest-hit country in Europe.
