Japanese and people with a residence permit are still welcome but must be quarantined upon arrival.
South Korea announced on Wednesday that flights to and from the United Kingdom would be banned immediately. This measure will last until the end of the year. The Philippines will no longer allow flights from Great Britain between Christmas Eve and New Year, a government spokesman said.
