Golfer Tiger Woods (45) was moved to a different hospital a few days after his car accident.
The former number 1 in the world will continue to recover from the surgery he underwent at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
“It was an honour to be able to deliver emergency attention to one of the utmost athletes of this generation,” the hospital said. “For the reintegration, it is now significant that he goes to a different care association.”
Woods was significantly injured in a one-sided accident in his SUV, in which he upturned several times and had to be saved from his vehicle by the fire division.
He suffered emergency surgery for numerous open fractures on his right leg and a crushed ankle.
