Low-cost airline EasyJet will fly several times a week from Schiphol to Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt and Marrakesh in Morocco from late October and early November. The expansion of the number of routes is part of the company’s winter schedule.
In addition to extra services for sunbathers, easyJet is also focusing on more flights to Innsbrück because of the winter sports holidays. There are also more flights to the Canary Islands.
A piece of orange travel advice still applies to African destinations, which recommends that you only travel if it is strictly necessary. The travel advice may change in the course of this year if the vaccination rate rises and more and more restrictions are being phased out. There will be flights to Marrakech four times a week from October 31. Sharm El-Sheikh will be visited twice a week from November 2.
EasyJet also flies more often to and from Barcelona and the Greek islands during the autumn holidays. Travellers flying with EasyJet have the option to adjust their booking up to two hours before departure at no extra cost, the company emphasizes.
