The son of US presidential candidate Joe Biden, Robert Hunter Biden, 50, has made extensive use of the fact that he was the son of then Vice President Biden, according to emails surfaced in US media some six years ago.
Son Biden went to work as a CEO for the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma, which is registered in Cyprus.
His father, as vice president in President Obama’s administration, was the foreman in policy on Ukraine in those days. Hunter, therefore, insists on a very generous income at Burisma.
More than a week before Joe Biden’s visit to Kiev on April 21, 2014, Hunter turned to his American business partner Devon Archer, who was already at the top of Burisma.
He calls his father ‘my guy’ and is happy with his father’s upcoming visit to Kiev in the mails.
According to the New York Post, they recently surfaced on an abandoned laptop in a computer shop in the home state of the Bidens, Delaware.
