The death of black American suspect George Floyd (46) in Minneapolis has also led to protests in foreign cities.

According to the police, about 1,500 people gathered in Berlin on Sunday to demonstrate against American police brutality.

In the German capital, there was already a demonstration in front of the American embassy on Saturday, in Munich a small demonstration on Sunday before the consulate.

In London, according to the BBC, demonstrators have held the most massive demonstration since the introduction of the coronavirus lockdown in Trafalgar Square.

They blocked the way to the American embassy. Some arrests have been made.
