Demi Lovato wants to Continue fighting against Drug Addiction. Demi Lovato has heard something for the first time since she was hospitalised two weeks ago after a suspected overdose.

 

The singer thanks in a message on Instagram among others her fans and family for the support she receives.

“I’ve always been open about my fight with my addiction,” writes the 25-year-old Lovato.

“I have learned that this disease does not just happen, I have to overcome it myself,

 and that is what I’m doing now, and I thank God that I am still alive.”

Lovato also thanks to the staff at the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles where she currently stays.

“Without them, I would not be able to address this letter to everyone.

I need time to get better and focus on my withdrawal and improvement,

 I will never forget your love, and also look forward to the day I can say that I am back again, I keep fighting. “
