Chromecast Function NPO Start and NLNews temporarily Unusable. The apps of NPO Start and NLZiet cannot stream videos to Chromecasts for many users.
The services on a website and Twitter warn against this.
The difficulties are caused by an update for Chromecasts that was made available by Google on Tuesday.
Chromecasts users who have installed the update can no longer play videos from the apps.
“We are busy looking for a solution to the predicaments so that hopefully you can look again soon through Chromecast,”
the NPO addresses in a statement. “We apologise for the inconvenience.”
NLZiet acknowledges having the same problems on its Twitter profile.
The service ensures to work on a solution.
