The German airline Lufthansa is suffering from IT problems that prevent flights from departing. The systems used for check-in and boarding are not working.
A spokeswoman said the company is working on a solution.
The problems lead to flight delays and cancellations. At Frankfurt Airport, where Lufthansa has its home base, this is causing great crowds for passengers and aircraft.
One Lufthansa flight has already been cancelled at Schiphol. It would go to Frankfurt at the end of the morning.
